新时代大学生理想人格培育体系的理论模型探究

摘要
人格是人的全面发展的综合体现,大学生的人格水平不仅决定自身的未来,更关乎国家前途命运.本文分析了当前培育大学生理想人格的本然和实然,提出了大学生人格培育的应然,并尝试构建了一套大学生人格培育"金字塔模型".该模型以心理学为基础,建立动态的人格档案,将人格"实化于形";以教育学为中介,分类分级分层开展人格教育实践,将人格"内化于心";以马克思主义哲学为顶层,强化思想价值引领,实现个人价值和社会价值的统一,将人格"外化于行".
Abstract
Personality is the comprehensive embodiment of the all-round development of human beings.The personality level of college students not only determines their own future,but also concerns the future and destiny of the country.This paper analyzes the nature and reality of cultivating college students'ideal personality,puts forward the necessity of cultivating college students'personality,and tries to construct a set of"pyramid model"of college students'personality cultivation.Based on psychology,the model establishes a dynamic personality profile,and"materializes"personality;with pedagogy as the intermediary,it carries out personality education practice by classification,classification and stratification,and"internalizes"personality;with Marxist philosophy as the top layer,it strengthens the guidance of ideological value,realizes the unity of personal value and social value,and"externalizes"personality.
