陕西高等教育高质量发展统计研究

摘要
高等教育的高质量发展是国家重大战略目标.本研究以高等教育资源丰富的陕西为研究对象,在已有高等教育高质量发展研究的基础上,从高等教育规模、高等教育结构、师资力量和科研创新能力四个维度来进行分析.研究发现陕西高等教育规模略高于全国平均高等教育规模水平,其已处于普及化阶段,招生总量在规模呈现增加趋势,但是增长速度在递减;其层次结构较往年有所优化,不同类型高校的师资力量和科研创新能力差异较大.基于此,提出促进陕西省高等教育高质量发展的相关意见与建议.
Abstract
The high-quality development of higher education is a major strategic goal of the country.This study takes Shaanxi,which has abundant higher education resources,as the research object.Based on the existing research on high-quality development of higher education,it analyzes from four dimensions:higher education scale,higher education structure,faculty strength,and research and innovation ability.Research has found that the scale of higher education in Shaanxi is slightly higher than the national average level,and it is already in the popularization stage.The total enrollment is showing an increasing trend in scale,but the growth rate is decreasing;its hierarchical structure has been optimized compared to previous years,and there are significant differences in the teaching staff and research and innovation capabilities of different types of universities.Based on this,relevant opinions and suggestions are proposed to promote the high-quality development of higher education in Shaanxi province.
