Exploration on Labor Education Practice for Medical College Students in the New Era
In order to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and socialism with Chinese path to modernization characteristics,the state has put forward a new requirement for students to develop"morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor".Labor education must be carried out systematically.It is of great significance in cultivating the labor attitude,values,labor skills,and literacy of medical students.Medical school students'labor education has its unique characteristics and needs to be tailored to local conditions.Starting from the connotation of labor education,identifies the problems and influencing factors in the development of labor education,this paper finally explores the practical path of labor education for medical school students.By setting up sound institutions,formulating training objectives that are in line with the characteristics of medical school students,compiling corresponding textbooks and sorting out practical content,assigning class hours and scores,and taking measures such as systematic evaluation by teachers and students,and strong support from the school,labor education can be smoothly carried out,achieving good teaching results,and truly promoting the improvement of labor literacy among medical school students.
