高校教育管理协同发展对学生健康心理的引导研究

摘要
大学生心理健康状况研究源于20 世纪80 年代,发展至今已经取得显著的成果.国内外专家及学者不断从教育、管理、服务等维度,探寻大学生健康心理的策略与方法.而以教育管理为抓手的发展策略,能够深化高校心理健康教育的价值,扩大心理干预维度,提高高等教育质量.为此,本文结合教育管理引导学生健康心理中的概念、内容、意义及框架构成,分析教育管理问题,提出科学合理的优化策略.以期提高心理健康教育的实效性,促进学生身心的全面发展.
Abstract
Domestic and foreign experts and scholars continue to explore strategies and methods for college students'healthy psychology from dimensions such as education,management,and service.The development strategy based on educational management can deepen the value of mental health education in universities,expand the dimensions of psychological intervention,and improve the quality of higher education.Therefore,combining the concepts,content,significance,and framework of guiding students'healthy psychology in educational management,this paper analyzes educational management issues,and proposes scientific and reasonable optimization strategies.It is hoped to improve the effectiveness of mental health education and promote the comprehensive development of students'physical and mental health.
