摘要
开放教育作为现代教育体系的重要组成部分,面临多项发展瓶颈,包括资源分配不均、教育质量与评估标准问题、技术平台与支持服务的不足以及政策与法规的缺乏.这些挑战阻碍了开放教育高质量发展.针对这些瓶颈,提出了包括优化资源配置、完善评估体系、加强技术支持和建立相应政策法规的对策,以期突破开放教育高质量发展瓶颈,实现开放教育高质量发展目标.
Abstract
As an important component of the modern education system,open education faces multiple development bottlenecks,including uneven resource allocation,issues with education quality and evaluation standards,insufficient technical platforms and support services,and a lack of policies and regulations.These challenges hinder the high-quality development of open education.Measures have been proposed to address these bottlenecks,including optimizing resource allocation,improving evaluation systems,strengthening technical support,and establishing corresponding policies and regulations,in order to break through the bottleneck of high-quality development of open education and achieve the goal of high-quality development of open education.
