新时期地方本科院校学生管理工作有效推行机制构建研究

摘要
地方本科院校人才培养,直接关乎当地专业人才的人力资源储备.地方本科院校的学生管理工作,则是影响人才培养质量的关键性因素.本文将基于地方本科院校学生管理工作特点分析,探究新时期地方本科院校学生管理工作机制构建的主要模式,并结合现有的学生管理工作不足,提出部分学生管理改革建议,提升新时期地方本科院校学生管理工作的有效性与实效性.
Abstract
Talent cultivation in local undergraduate colleges is directly related to the human resource reserve of local professional talents.The student management work in local undergraduate colleges is a key factor affecting the quality of talent cultivation.This paper will analyze the characteristics of student management work in local undergraduate colleges and universities,explore the main models of constructing student management mechanisms in the new era,and combine the shortcomings of existing student management work to propose some suggestions for student management reform,in order to enhance the effectiveness and timeliness of student management work in local undergraduate colleges and universities in the new era.
