高等院校治理体系与治理能力建设的思考

摘要
在国家治理体系和能力现代化建设的大背景下,高等院校治理体系与治理能力建设显得尤为突出和重要.文章以高等院校治理现状分析为突破口,紧扣问题,补足短板,树立现代高等院校治理理念,探寻高等院校治理体系与治理能力建设的有效路径.
Abstract
In the context of the modernization of national governance system and capacity,the construction of governance system and capacity of higher education institutions is particularly prominent and important.The paper takes the analysis of the current situation of higher education institutions'governance as a breakthrough,focuses on the problems,makes up for the shortcomings,establishes the concept of modern higher education institutions'governance,and explores the effective path to build the governance system and governance capacity of higher education institutions.
