产教融合视阈下民办高职产业学院治理模式研究

摘要
民办高职产业学院治理模式目前尚处于探究阶段,科学的治理模式有助于产教资源优化组合,提升院校教学质量与企业竞争力;有助于促进产学研结合,推动科技创新;有助于民办高职院校适应产业发展需要、更好地服务地方经济.现阶段,民办高职产业学院存在"校热企冷",多元共建浮于浅层;内部治理体系协同性较差、共管效果欠佳;相关机制不健全,多元共享未落实处等问题.创新民办高职产业学院治理模式应该明确多元共建主导主体;协同共生发展理念;建立权责明晰、多元共治的组织框架;完善校企合作共享机制等.
Abstract
At present,the governance model of private higher vocational industry colleges is still in the exploration stage.A scientific governance model is conducive to the optimal combination of production and teaching resources,improving the teaching quality of colleges and the competitiveness of enterprises;it is also conducive to promoting the combination of industry,education and research,and promoting technological innovation.It helps private higher vocational colleges adapt to the needs of industrial development and better serve local economy.At this stage,there are some problems in the governance of private higher vocational industry colleges,such as"hot schools and cold enterprises",shallow multi-party construction;the poor coordination of internal governance system,and the poor effect of joint management;the incomplete relevant mechanism,and the failure of multi-party sharing.The innovation of the governance model of private higher vocational industry colleges should clarify the leading subject of multi-party construction;the concept of collaborative and symbiotic development;establish a clear and transparent organizational framework for multi-party governance;improve the mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation and sharing,etc.
