Research on the Practical Countermeasures of Professional Group Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of"Double-high Plan"
As an important and arduous task for the implementation of the"double-high plan"in China,the construction of professional group is an inevitable requirement for promoting the development of national industrial economy and promoting the high-quality connotative development of vocational education,and an important opportunity for the development of characteristic majors in higher vocational colleges.To solve the problems such as the lack of macro-control and school-enterprise cooperation in the process of the construction of professional groups from the root,higher vocational colleges must make clear the goal of the construction of professional groups and deeply understand the connotation and significance of the construction.The practical countermeasures for the construction of professional groups should be explored from three aspects:strengthening macro-control,creating a good construction environment,deepening the integration of production and education,creating a community of shared future between schools and enterprises,optimizing talent training programs,and improving the matching degree of talent supply,so as to promote the overall improvement of the level of higher vocational education.
