职业院校参与产教融合型企业培育的实践对策

现有对产教融合型企业的个案研究有待发掘，尤其对产教融合型试点企业建设中遇到的问题梳理、成效评价等缺乏深入了解。通过对广东中南钢铁股份有限公司省级产教融合型企业的建设培育实践分析总结，提出应强化职业院校自身服务社会本领，着重引导企业聚力校企合作，主动入企对接需求，打造校企合作项目质量管理机制，搭建产教融合数字化智慧平台，同时建立起校企激励评价制度，更好地发挥职业院校辅助功能。
Practical Strategies for Vocational Colleges to Participate in the Cultivation of Industry-education Integrated Enterprises
The existing case studies on industry education integrated enterprises need to be explored,especially the lack of in-depth understanding of the problems encountered in the construction of industry education integrated pilot enterprises and the effectiveness evaluation.Through the analysis and summary of the construction and cultivation practice of provincial-level industry education integrated enterprises of Guangdong Zhongnan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,it is proposed to strengthen the ability of vocational colleges to serve society,focus on guiding enterprises to unite and cooperate with schools and enterprises,actively join enterprises to meet demand,create a quality management mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation projects,build a digital intelligent platform for industry education integration,and establish a school-enterprise incentive evaluation system to better play the auxiliary function of vocational colleges.
