新《职业教育法》推动职业教育的高质量发展

摘要
职业教育高质量发展是职教改革的核心任务,《职业教育法》的修订为职业教育的高质量发展夯实法律基础,也体现《职业教育法》的修法价值.针对当前职业教育的发展改革遇到的困点和难点,在职业教育的法律属性定位、办学体系、管理机制、办学形式、办学导向、社会认可度等方面进行创新突破,直面回应新时代职业教育高质量发展的呼唤.新《职业教育法》的修订执行,推动职业教育与普通教育协调融通发展、深化职业本科教育的改革发展、深化产教融合的多元主体办学机制以推动职业教育的高质量发展.
Abstract
The high-quality development of vocational education is the core task of vocational education reform,and the revision of the"Vocational Education Law"consolidates the legal foundation for the high-quality development of vocational education,and also reflects the value of the revision of the"Vocational Education Law".In view of the difficulties and difficulties encountered in the current development and reform of vocational education,innovative breakthroughs are made in the legal attribute positioning,school-running system,management mechanism,school-running form,school-running orientation,and social recognition of vocational education,and directly respond to the call for high-quality development of vocational education in the new era.The revision and implementation of the new"Vocational Education Law"will promote the coordinated development of vocational education and general education,deepen the reform and development of vocational undergraduate education,and deepen the multi-subject school-running mechanism of integration of industry and education to promote the high-quality development of vocational education.
