大思政教育环境下大学生思政教育与学生管理工作的融合研究

摘要
大思政是以建构全员、全程、全课程育人格局为主,为学生营造优质成长环境.在此背景下,思政教育与学生管理工作的融合,则是以特定管理方式对学生进行思想引导、行为约束,提升学生认知能力,正视学习与生活中的问题.如何为学生搭建融合式教育管理体系,则成为高校的重要任务.从大学生思政教育同学生管理工作的融合意义入手,分析两者开展现状,并对两者融合形式进行研究.
Abstract
Great ideological and political education is mainly aimed at constructing a pattern of education for all employees,the entire process,and the entire curriculum,creating a high-quality growth environment for students.How to build an integrated education management system for students has become an important task for universities.Starting from the integration significance of ideological and political education for college students and student management work,it analyzes the current situation of the two,and study the forms of their integration.
