Research on the Development Strategy of Small and Micro Logistics Enterprises in Gansu Province under the Background of the"Belt and Road"Initiative
The"Belt and Road"Initiative effectively promoted the regional economic development along the route,and Gansu Province,as the Golden Section of the ancient Silk Road,ushered in an important period of opportunity.However,the logistics enterprises in Gansu province,especially the large number of small logistics enterprises lag behind,seriously affecting the long-term and strategic development of the Silk Road economic belt.Therefore,this paper aims to explore the development strategy of Gansu micro-logistics enterprises under the background of"Belt and Road"Initiative.To analyze the impact of the"Belt and Road"Initiative on the development of small and micro logistics enterprises in Gansu province,and to find out the existing problems in the development of small and micro logistics enterprises in Gansu province through investigation,this paper puts forward some strategies,such as speeding up the digital transformation,optimizing the talent environment and seeking the development in cooperation with large and medium-sized logistics enterprises.The research enriches the studies on the development of small and micro enterprises,and provides some enlightenment for the development of small and micro logistics enterprises in Gansu province.
