An Analysis on the Internal Logic and Path of the Party Building Leading Young Volunteers to Participate in Community Governance
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out the need to improve the voluntary service system and work system,improve the social governance system,and enhance the effectiveness of social governance.This paper believes that leading young volunteers to participate in community governance is the need to consolidate the ruling foundation of the Party and strengthen the construction of grass-roots Party organizations.It is necessary to stimulate the vitality of young volunteers and promote the high-quality development of volunteer services in the new era.It is the need to achieve good community governance and promote the modernization of community governance system and governance capacity in the new era.For this reason,this paper focuses on strengthening the leading function of community Party building,strengthening the cohesion,resource integration and service support of grass-roots community governance;a sound volunteer service system should be built,and young volunteers to participate in the normalization,institutionalization and standardization of community governance should be promoted;the system of multiple coordinated co-governance will be improved,and the modernization of grass-roots community governance system and governance capacity will be promoted.
