校企协作背景下公共管理专业教师数字化教学能力培育研究

摘要
数字技术的快速发展,影响着社会运行与发展的方式,不断产生出新的人才需求,也督促教育领域及时作出回应.党的二十大报告对人才、科技、教育进行三位一体的统筹,也将教育数字化纳入教育现代化建设的范畴中.教育数字化要求公共管理教师拥有数字化教育能力,能够以数字化技术为杠杆,优化、调整教育模式与体系,满足学生多样化的发展需求,提升教育的时代性、技术性及信息化水平.因此本文结合数字化教学能力培育的时代背景与价值意蕴、分析公共管理专业教师数字化教学能力提升内容,提出科学合理的培育思路.
Abstract
The rapid development of digital technology is affecting the way society operates and develops,constantly generating new talent demands and urging the education sector to respond in a timely manner.The Report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China integrates talent,technology,and education,and also incorporates digitalization of education into the scope of modernization of education construction.The digitization of education requires public management teachers to have digital education capabilities,be able to use digital technology as a lever to optimize and adjust education models and systems,meet the diverse development needs of students,and enhance the timeliness,technicality,and informatization level of education.Therefore,combinintg the historical background and value implications of cultivating digital teaching abilities,this paper analyzes the content of improving digital teaching abilities of public management teachers,and proposes scientific and reasonable cultivation ideas.
