摘要
构建科学系统的实践教学体系是提升英语专业实践能力的关键路径.基于师范认证理念和标准,本文针对地方高师院校英语师范专业实践教学所面临的问题,以宁德师范学院为例,探讨了实践教学体系的构建:首先分析实践教学实施体系不完善、实践教学内容与实际需求脱节、实践教学师资队伍建设不足等问题;提出完善实践教学实施内容体系、构建"三位一体"的协同育人模式、加强实践教学师资队伍建设等措施;最后总结师范专业认证背景下英语专业实践教学体系构建的意义,旨在提高师范生的教学实践能力,促进专业发展,培养出更多优秀的英语教育人才.
Abstract
The establishment of a scientific and structured system for practice teaching is the critical path to improve English majors'practical teaching abilities.Based on the concept and standards of teacher certification,in combination with the practical experience and data gained in the course of practice teaching conducted by English major undergraduates from Ningde Normal University,the paper first identifies and analyzes the real problems present in various areas,such as the current practice teaching implementation system,the teaching contents in extensive use,the training and cultivation of the faculty.Aimed at effectively promoting the overall high-quality development of English education,the paper proceeds to elaborate on realistic approaches to constructing an efficient practice teaching system,which are centred on how to compile and deliver better teaching materials,how to coordinate the efforts of the college,the local education authorities and the middle school,how to raise the faculty's qualities and bring out their best and enthusiasm.
