摘要
在新时代背景下,以习近平同志为核心的党中央合理科学地规划了两个发展大局.立足于理论创新、实践创新基础上加深了对中国共产党执政规律的认知程度、把握程度,规范化提出了"构建长期执政马克思主义政党"的战略发展目标.在统筹规划加强中国共产党长期执政的主要政治方向、坚定不移坚持长期执政思想层间的建设基础、对政治与思想等各方面基础实施巩固、建立健全长期执政建设制度等一系列实践活动中,深度研究分析、回答"建设哪一种长期执政的马克思主义政党""怎样建立健全长期执政的马克思主义政党"等关键性、决定性时代主题,聚集强化长期执政能力建设的丰富经验.
Abstract
In the context of the new era,the Central Committee of the Party with Xi Jinping as the core,have mapped out two reasonable and scientific plans for the overall development.Based on theoretical innovation and practical innovation,it deepens the cognition and grasp of the ruling law of the Communist Party of China,and standardizes the strategic development goal of"building a long-term ruling Marxist Party".Through a series of practical activities such as overall planning to strengthen the main political direction of long-term governance of the Communist Party of China,unswervingly adhering to the construction foundation of ideological levels of long-term governance,consolidating the political and ideological foundation in all aspects,and establishing and improving the system of long-term governance construction,in-depth research,analyses and answers on key and decisive themes of the times such as"which kind of long-term ruling Marxist Party to build","how to establish and improve long-term ruling Marxist political parties"are conducted,so as to gather and strengthen the rich experience of long-term ruling capacity construction.
