将劳动教育融入第二课堂,有益于促进大学生更为全面的成长与发展,增强大学生综合的就业发展能力,实现对大学生正确价值观的充分塑造.本文将基于劳动教育融入第二课堂教育意义分析,探究影响劳动教育融入第二课堂教育质量的核心要素,在有效结合劳动教育育人需求的基础上,制定高校劳动教育融入第二课堂育人实践的策略,丰富高校劳动教育育人培养实践路径,提升高校第二课堂劳动教育实践成果产出.
Abstract
Integrating labor education into the second classroom is beneficial for promoting the more comprehensive growth and development of college students,enhancing their comprehensive employment development ability,and fully shaping their correct values.This paper will analyze the significance of integrating labor education into the second classroom education,explore the core elements that affect the quality of integrating labor education into the second classroom education,and develop strategies for integrating labor education into the second classroom education practice in universities based on effective integration of labor education education education needs.This will enrich the practical path of labor education and training in universities,and enhance the output of labor education practice results in the second classroom of universities.
