广西民办高校战略执行视域下教师领导力模型的构建与开发

摘要
在十四五的开局的2021 年,广西规划同步实现"我国经济与科技实力将得到大幅跃升的 2035 年远景目标".占据广西高校近30%的广西民办高校必须多角度、全面并系统关注国家和社会层面不同利益主体诉求的动态性,引领人才培养以可持续发展.本文从高校战略执行的视角出发,提出"高校教师领导力素质模型":信仰力与规划力、整合能力与组织能力、敏捷力与转换力、共情能力与激励能力、数智力与创新力、福流力与审美创造力,并从高校即组织的角度提出开发"领导力"的具体措施.
Abstract
In the opening year of the 14th Five-year Plan,2021,Guangxi has planned to achieve the long-term goal of significantly improving China's economic and technological strength by 2035.Guangxi private colleges,which account for nearly 30%of the colleges in Guangxi,must pay attention to the dynamic nature of various stakeholders'interests at the national and social levels from multiple perspectives,lead talent training for sustainable development.This paper proposes a"teacher leadership competency model"from the perspective of university strategic execution:belief and planning ability,integration and organizational ability;agility and transformational ability;empathy and motivational ability;data intelligence and innovation ability;flow and aesthetic creativity ability.From the perspective of universities as organizations,specific measures are proposed to develop leadership.
