Research on the Improvement Path of Heart-to-heart Conversation among College Counselors from the Perspective of Value Clarification
In the process of talent cultivation in universities,heart-to-heart conversation work has become an important way and tool in ideological and political education,and is an important dimension to measure the ability of college counselors in ideological and political education.The research mainly analyzes the work of college counselors'heart-to-heart conversations from the perspective of value clarification theory,analyzes the related difficulties faced by college counselors'heart-to-heart conversations,such as insufficient attention,weak effectiveness of subject object linkage,and lack of work skills,and proposes targeted theoretical guidance and practical assessment led by value clarification theory,systematic construction and personalized adjustment value guidance and difficulty assistance are various ways to enhance heart-to-heart conversations.
