三全育人教育理念下高校辅导员与班主任协同育人工作改革研究

摘要
高校作为高质量人才培养的主阵地,在现代教育体系中应积极推动高校思政教育创新优化,保证大学生思想政治教育落实.因此高校应秉持立德树人教育理念和三全育人理念来推进思政教育工作开展,还应构建出除思政教师队伍之外的辅导员与班主任体系,以辅导员与班主任深度结合的协同育人方法加强整体教育效果.由于高校辅导员与班主任是管理体系中重要组成,是专职教师体系的有力补充,可以实现教学计划全面铺设.所以维持辅导员与班主任的通力合作是推进高校协同育人有序进行的关键.本文旨在研究三全育人理念下的高校辅导员与班主任协同育人工作方式,以期为高校教育体系发展提供借鉴经验.
Abstract
As the main battlefield for high-quality talent cultivation,universities should actively promote innovation and optimization of ideological and political education in modern education systems,ensuring the implementation of ideological and political education for college students.As college counselors and homeroom teachers are important components of the management system and a powerful supplement to the full-time teacher system,they can achieve comprehensive implementation of teaching plans.So maintaining the full cooperation between counselors and homeroom teachers is the key to promoting the orderly development of collaborative education in universities.This paper aims to study the collaborative education work of college counselors and class teachers under the concept of"three comprehensive education",in order to provide reference experience for the development of the college education system.
