Role Participation of College Counselors in Labor Education in the New Era
As an indispensable and important role of college students'labor education,college counselors should clarify the role orientation of the leader of labor value education,the dominant player of labor education practice system,the important assistant of labor education curriculum system,and the comprehensive evaluation participant of labor education.Counselors should carry out labor education and grasp the principles of equal emphasis on"quality"and"quantity"of education content,interaction between"virtuality"and"reality"of education resources,and combination of"explicit"and"implicit"characters of education objectives.Counselors are faced with the role pressure of improving their quality of labor education,enhancing the synergy of labor education,and innovating the methods of labor education.Counselors should improve labor values through the construction of enabling courses;empowering the practice link to improve the labor spirit;empowering brand building and improving the effectiveness of collaborative education is the practical path of role participation.
