刍议韩愈《师说》对高校青年教师师德师风建设路径的启示

摘要
建设教育强国是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的必然要求.作为实现教育强国目标的重要环节,教师是教育高质量发展的第一资源,是科技自立自强的有力支撑,是人才队伍建设的重要保障.新时代条件下,聚焦教师队伍建设的师德师风问题,深入分析教师队伍发展现状和短板弱项,有利于扎实推进新时代高质量教师队伍建设.本文从韩愈的《师说》一文出发,探究教师师德师风建设的标准,提出高校师德师风建设的路径.
Abstract
Building a powerful country in education is an inevitable requirement for comprehensively building a modern socialist country.As an important link to achieve the goal of strengthening education,teachers are the first resource for high-quality education development,a strong support for scientific and technological self-reliance,and an important guarantee for the construction of talent teams.Under the conditions of the new era,focusing on the problem of teacher ethics and style in the construction of teacher team,in-depth analysis of the development status and shortcomings of teacher team,is conducive to solidly promoting the construction of high-quality teacher team in the new era.Starting from Han Yu's essay"On the Teacher",it probes into the standards of the construction of teachers'ethics and style,and puts forward the path of the construction of teachers'ethics and style in colleges and universities.
