产教融合视域下职业本科与区域经济协同发展的路径研究

职业本科教育是我国现代职业教育体系的重要组成部分，是推动经济高质量发展的重要动力。新经济形势下职业本科的发展要坚持走产教融合道路，以培养岗位适应性和融合性强的高层次技术技能型人才为目标，以区域经济发展对人才的需求为抓手，推动区域经济产业链的布局，以创新驱动为企业提供技术支持。通过深化产教融合来解决当前职业本科融入区域经济能力不足、专业设置与区域产业需求不匹配、对学生岗位适应能力培养不到位等问题，发挥职业本科对区域经济发展的人才支撑作用。
Research on the Path of Collaborative Development Between Vocational Undergraduate Education and Regional Economy from the Perspective of Industry and Education Integration
Vocational undergraduate education is an important component of China's modern vocational education system and an important driving force for promoting high-quality economic development.Under the new economic situation,the development of vocational undergraduate education should adhere to the path of integration of industry and education,with the goal of cultivating high-level technical and skilled talents with strong job adaptability and integration.The demand for talents in regional economic development should be taken as the starting point,promoting the layout of regional economic industry chains,providing technological support for enterprises with innovation drive.By deepening the integration of industry and education,problems such as the lack of ability of current vocational undergraduates to integrate into regional economy,the mismatch between professional setup and regional industry demand,and the inadequate training of students'adaptability to positions can be solved,so as to give full play to the role of vocational undergraduates in supporting talents for regional economic development.
