Research on the Five-in-one Talent Cultivation Mode of"Position,Course,Competition,Certificate and Innovation"in Higher Vocational Colleges
China's vocational education has entered a new stage of high-quality development.However,there are still some problems in the cultivation of higher vocational college students majoring in e-commerce,such as"inaccurate target positioning,poor practical abilities and insufficient innovation abilities".This paper explains the connotation of the five-in-one talent cultivation mode of"position,course,competition,certificate and innovation".And it explores the construction of this mode based on real posts,curriculum system,competitions,vocational certificates and business startups and innovation thinking.Finally,in order to improve the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,optimally practical methods are put forward to strengthen the"double professional titles"team,to update the course content,to build platforms aligning classroom education with real world needs,to enhance the connotation of specialty cluster,to replace tests with certificates and to promote learning and teaching through competitions.
