Research on the Integration Mode of"Labor-professional"Education of the"Four Courses and Two Dimensions"for Nursing Majors in Higher Vocational Education
According to the specific requirements of the construction of a healthy China,nursing students in higher vocational colleges will further expand their job positions in the future,covering the entire life cycle of human health services.They need to continuously meet the differentiated needs of the masses for nursing services,and the cultivation of their labor concepts,labor abilities,labor spirit,labor habits,and quality has been placed in a more important position.On the basis of exploring the internal logic of the integration of labor education and professional education in higher vocational nursing majors,the paper proposes a spiral upward"labor vocational"education integration model based on the four courses of"theoretical courses","practical training courses","practical courses",and"internship courses",with the two dimensions of"example strength"and"skill competition"as the platform.Through the promotion of the"labor college"education integration model,the Nursing College of Xiangtan Medicine and Health Vocational College has achieved good results in labor education and professional education,which can provide reference for the development of labor education courses and professional courses of nursing major in other higher vocational colleges.
