摘要
进入新的历史时期,党中央高度重视并深入推进基层党建工作.高校院系党组织作为坚持和加强党的领导的基层阵地,承担着把党的路线方针政策落实到高校基层的重要使命.加强高校院系党建工作意义深远.当前高校院系党建工作仍存在着不足.可从政治引领、思想教育、运行机制、队伍建设、联动融合等方面对其进行剖析,进而探究提升高校院系党建工作质量的对策与实施路径.
Abstract
Entering a new historical period,the Party Central Committee attaches great importance to and deeply promotes grassroots Party building work.As a grassroots position for adhering to and strengthening the leadership of the Party,Party organizations in university departments bear the important mission of implementing the Party's line,principles,and policies to the grassroots level of universities.We can analyze it from aspects such as political guidance,ideological education,operational mechanisms,team building,linkage and integration,and explore strategies and implementation paths to improve the quality of Party building work in university departments.
