摘要
双困生是高校思想政治教育和就业创业指导工作过程中需要重点关心和帮助的特殊群体.本文紧扣融媒体时代特点,立足双困生的实际困境,通过搭建"高校"—"企业"—"双困生"多方交互网络服务微载体,优化高校就业服务工作路径,激发双困生就业的内生动力,精准施策,实现全员、全过程、全方位指导,为切实做好双困生的就业帮扶提供借鉴和参考,打造"造血式"就业服务和发展型资助育人新模式,进而探索高校双困生培养的有效路径.
Abstract
Bi-disadvantaged students are special groups that need special attention and help in the process of ideological and political education,employment and entrepreneurship guidance at universities.This paper closely integrates the characteristics of the media era,based on the actual predicament of double-stranded students,and optimizes the working path of college employment services by building a multi-interaction network service micro-carrier of"universities"—"enterprises"—"bi-disadvantaged students",stimulating the internal motive force of double-stranded students'employment,and implementing precise policies to realize the full staff,the whole process and all-round guidance.It is aimed to provide references for effectively doing a good job of employment assistance for dual poverty students,create a new model of"hematogenous"employment service and developmental funding education,so as to explore an effective path for the training of dual poverty students in colleges and universities.
