摘要
将志愿服务融入高校育人培养体系有利于提升大学生的综合素养,加强大学生社会责任感,提高大学生对于各类专业技能的应用实践水平.针对当前大学生存在的志愿服务兴趣不大、主动性与自觉性不足等问题,高校应采取完善志愿服务管理体系教育评价机制、构建志愿服务教育实践监督管理体系、积极开展志愿服务教育培训、加强志愿服务与思政教育的内容融合等策略,拓展以志愿服务为载体的高校育人培养功能创新路径.
Abstract
Integrating volunteer services into the education and training system of universities is beneficial for improving the comprehensive literacy of college students,strengthening their sense of social responsibility,and improving their practical application level of various professional skills.In response to the current problems of low interest,lack of initiative and self-awareness in volunteer service among college students,universities should adopt strategies such as improving the education evaluation mechanism of volunteer service management system,constructing a supervision and management system for volunteer service education practice,actively carrying out volunteer service education and training,strengthening the integration of volunteer service and ideological and political education content,and expanding the innovative path of university education and cultivation function based on volunteer service.
