Research on the Policy Guarantee of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship System for Rural College Students in Hunan Province under the Background of Rural Revitalization
In recent years,rural innovation and entrepreneurship has become an increasingly important"battlefield"where the national strategy of innovation and transformation is implemented.Under the policy of rural revitalization,college students participate in the economic development of rural areas and realize their social value.While fully implementing related policy support measures,relevant departments provide capacious platforms for entrepreneurial college students.The innovation and entrepreneurship of rural college students in Hunan province have received wide attention and support in recent years.As representatives of excellent rural youth,rural college students have the potential and motivation for independent innovation and entrepreneurship.Under the background of rural revitalization,this paper analyzes policy support and the implementation of policy during the innovation and entrepreneurship of rural college students in Hunan and the advantages and difficulties they are facing currently.Then,it further studies the policy support for the innovation and entrepreneurship of rural college students.In this way,it can not only alleviate the current situation of shortage of scientific and technological innovation talents in rural areas,but also improve the way out of employment and entrepreneurship of rural college students,so as to provide a new way of accelerating the construction and development of new socialist countryside.
