Innovation of"Four-in-one"Safety Education Mode for Higher Vocational College Students from the Perspective of Labor Education
Safety education,as one of the important contents of higher vocational education, has two main problems in the education process, namely, weakening of practice and lack of culture.Labor education,as a kind of education method focusing on practice, can cultivate students'safety coping ability and social responsibility, and promote the formation of safety culture in the whole society.Based on the concept of labor education, this study constructs a"four-in-one"safety education model of knowledge, skills, values and practice. It is suggested that higher vocational colleges and universities adopt a specific path of"combination in four aspects":staying goal-oriented to combine"safe campus"with"safe community";optimizing education content to combine"safety education"with"professional education";playing the main function to combine"teacher education"with"peer education";expanding the practice field to combine"on-campus education"with"off-campus practice",so as to improve the safety awareness and emergency handling ability of college students, and realize the comprehensive development of individuals, which is of great theoretical significance and practical value.
