新时代高校劳动教育价值、问题与实现路径分析——基于职业精神的融合

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视青少年劳动教育,强调"把劳动教育纳入人才培养全过程".劳动教育具有鲜明的社会性与价值蕴意,其宗旨是培养职业精神.高校在认清当前劳动教育存在问题和劳动教育宗旨的基础上,要加强顶层设计,把职业精神融入劳动教育中,建立科学合理的劳动教育教学与实践体系,整合协调资源,重构评价体系,完善保障机制,厚植社会主义职业精神,从而构建与职业精神相融合的新时代高校劳动教育实施路径.
Abstract
Since the 18th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to youth labor education,emphasizing that"labor education should be included into the whole process of talent training".Labor education has distinct social and value implications,and its purpose is to cultivate professional spirit.Based on the recognition of the existing problems and purpose of labor education,universities should strengthen the top-level design,integrate professional spirit into labor education,establish a scientific and reasonable labor education teaching and practice system,integrate and coordinate resources,reconstruct the evaluation system,improve the guarantee mechanism,and thicken the socialist professional spirit,so as to build an implementation path of labor education in the new era integrated with professional spirit in universities.
