学风是高校立校之本、发展之魄。全媒体时代对高校学风建设有着多方面影响。一方面,全媒体时代有助于学生开阔视野,进行自主学习,有助于教师了解学生状况,有助于学校构建学术诚信环境。另一方面,全媒体时代也会影响高校学生学习注意力和学习动力,学生容易形成不良的学习习惯。基于主体角度提出全媒体时代高校学风建设对策。国家层面,确保国家层面网络意识形态安全,构建全社会学术诚信和公平公正公开环境以及大力发展经济,完善社会保障制度。学校层面,加强校园文化建设和校园管理制度建设,加强榜样引领示范作用。教师层面,提升教学业务能力,加强思政教学以及全过程教学管理。学生层面,高校大学生应充分发挥主动性,加强自律。
Research on Countermeasures for the Construction of College Learning Style in the All-media Era
The learning style is the foundation and development of colleges and universities.The all-media era has had a multifaceted impact on the construction of college academic style.On the one hand,the all-media era helps students broaden their horizons and carry out independent learning,helps teachers understand the situation of students,and helps schools build an academic integrity environment.On the other hand,the all-media era will also affect the learning attention and motivation of college students,and students are prone to form bad study habits.Based on the perspective of the main body,the countermeasures for the construction of college learning style in the all-media era are proposed.At the national level,it requires to ensure the ideological security of the network at the national level,build a fair and just open environment for academic integrity and fairness in the whole society,vigorously develop the economy,and improve the social security system.At the school level,it requires to strengthen the construction of campus culture and campus management system,and strengthen the role of role models in leading the demonstration.At the teacher level,it requires to improve teaching professional capabilities,strengthen ideological and political teaching and whole-process teaching management.At the student level,college students should give full play to their initiative and strengthen their self-discipline.
