关于高校劳动教育的几点思考

摘要
为满足新时代背景下对全面发展的高级人才的迫切需要,高校亟待将劳动教育贯穿人才培养全过程."为什么教""教什么""谁来教"和"怎么教"是高校劳动教育开展的基本前提."为什么教"是高校劳动教育开展的必要性问题;"教什么"是高校劳动教育的内容问题;"谁来教"是高校劳动教育的主体(教育者)问题;"怎么教"是高校劳动教育的方法、形式、手段(教育影响)问题.厘清这四个问题,有利于推动高校劳动教育全面有效的落实.
Abstract
In order to meet the urgent need for all-round development of senior talents under the background of the new era,colleges and universities need to put labor education through the whole process of talent training."Why to teach","what to teach","who to teach"and"how to teach"are the basic premise of college labor education."Why teach"is the necessity of developing college labor education."What to teach"is the content of college labor education."Who will teach"is the subject(educator)of college labor education."How to teach"is the method,form,means(educational influence)of college labor education.To clarify these four problems is conducive to promoting the comprehensive and effective implementation of college labor education.
