Cultivating positive psychological qualities among college freshmen is an inevitable requirement for promoting their comprehensive development,an important way to achieve the goal of ideological and political education,and a strong guarantee for realizing the dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Currently,there are psychological problems among college freshmen,such as strong self-awareness,high psychological pressure in communication,emotional confusion,and high employment pressure.Universities should actively guide freshmen to draw positive energy from the excellent traditional Chinese culture,promote their self-construction of positive psychological qualities,leverage the collaborative efforts of universities,society,and families,help freshmen form positive psychological qualities and optimistic thinking patterns,and enhance their willpower to be resolute,responsible,confident,and self reliant.
