从入学到就业辅导员课程化全程化就业指导探究

摘要
辅导员就业工作课程化是一种学生工作途径创新,对提升工作效率化,系统性,促进专业化都有帮助.而目前高校就业存在全程化意识不足,辅导员教师身份弱化,相关研究缺少实践创新等问题.本研究依托课程建构的相关理论,以全程化育人的思维,探索适用于辅导员的高校就业指导新模式,有利于全方位,多层次的加强学生就业指导效率.通过辅导员个人全程化就业指导品牌——"旋律小课堂",融入高校就业指导的个案分析,构建了一套完善的面向辅导员的全程化就业考研指导课程体系,对积极面对高校就业工作的时代挑战,对促进未来就业指导课程化全程化模式进一步发展,具有重要的实际应用价值.
Abstract
The curriculum of counselors'employment work is an innovation of students'working methods,which is helpful to improve the efficiency,systematization and specialization of work.At present,there are some problems in college employment,such as insufficient awareness of the whole process,weakening the identity of counselors and teachers,and lack of practical innovation in related research.Based on the theory of curriculum construction,this study explores a new mode of employment guidance for college counselors with the thinking of whole-process education,which is conducive to strengthening the efficiency of employment guidance for students in all directions and at multiple levels.Through the personal whole-process employment guidance brand of counselors—"Melody Small Classroom"and the case analysis of employment guidance in colleges and universities,a set of perfect whole-process employment guidance course system for counselors is constructed,which is of great practical application value for actively facing the challenges of employment work in colleges and universities and promoting the further development of the whole-process mode of employment guidance curriculum in the future.
