职业教育适应性提升背景下高职"金课"建设研究

摘要
增强职业教育的适应性是构建高质量职教体系的关键环节,而课程建设是高职院校增强其适应性的核心要素.高职院校应根据高职金课建设五维质量标准,针对当前存在的问题,着力提高课程体系与人才培养目标的契合度、构建结构化的教师教学创新团队、深化教学模式改革和配套资源建设,为"金课"建设铸牢根基、提供人才支撑,达到预期效果.
Abstract
Enhancing the adaptability of vocational education is the key link to build a high-quality vocational education system,and curriculum construction is the core element of higher vocational colleges to enhance its adaptability.Higher vocational colleges should,according to the five-dimensional quality standard of"golden course"construction in higher vocational colleges,focus on improving the fit degree of curriculum system and talent training goals,building a structured teacher teaching innovation team,deepening the reform of teaching mode and the construction of supporting resources,so as to cast a solid foundation for the construction of"golden course"and provide talent support to achieve the expected results.
