摘要
高职院校"双师型"教师队伍培养是高职教育改革发展的必然要求,是推动新时期技能人才供给的重要保障.文章针对目前"双师型"教师培养过程中存在的主要问题,提出从资金投入、评价标准、校企合作、人才引进等几个方面入手,加强高职"双师型"教师队伍培养,以促进高职教育的高质量发展.
Abstract
The cultivation of"dual-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges is an inevitable requirement for the reform and development of higher vocational education,and an important guarantee for promoting the supply of skilled talents in the new era.This paper aims at the main problems existing in the cultivation process of"dual-qualified"teachers,and proposes to strengthen the cultivation of"dual-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges from several aspects such as funding input,evaluation standards,school-enterprise cooperation,and talent introduction,so as to strengthen the cultivation of"dual-qualified"teachers and promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education.
