The Exploration on Subsidizing Education in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Peer Model Education
It is of great significance to strengthen peer model education in the work of subsidize education in vocational colleges.At present,peer model education in relevant colleges and universities has three characteristics:structured tree selection cultivation,diversified publicity and promotion,and process value leading.These three characteristics are promoted layer by layer,which are relatively independent and interrelated.It is suggested that vocational colleges should expand the selection range of peer role models,strengthen the continuous education of peer role models,and pay attention to the educational evaluation of student peer role models in the future,so as to continue to promote the demonstration and guidance of student peer role models,stimulate the internal motivation of individuals to make progress,effectively improve the effectiveness of subsidizing education,and promote the growth of all students.
