高职院校五位一体发展型资助育人模式研究

摘要
发展型资助育人强调高职院校资助体系的建立与学生发展、实现高职院校育人目标深度融合,更加关注通过发展型资助来保障学生全面发展.其中通过构建五位一体发展型资助育人模式,能够更为全面实现资助育人的目标.本文探讨发展型资助育人的内涵,重点阐述目前高职院校发展型资助育人工作存在的各种问题,并以苏州市职业大学为例,通过构建经济资助、思想引领、能力拓展、精神激励、心理帮扶的五位一体发展型资助育人模式来不断完善高职院校资助育人目标.
Abstract
Development-oriented funding emphasizes the establishment of a funding system for higher vocational colleges and the deep integration of student development and the achievement of higher vocational college education goals,with a greater focus on ensuring sustainable development of students through development-oriented funding.By constructing a five-in-one development-oriented funding and education model,the goal of independent education can be more comprehensively achieved.This paper focuses on the various problems existing in the current development-oriented funding education in higher vocational colleges,and takes Suzhou Vocational University as an example to constantly improve the goal of funding education in higher vocational colleges by building a five-in-one development-oriented funding education model of economic assistance,ideological guidance,ability expansion,spiritual encouragement,and psychological assistance.
