高校教师课程思政建设能动性的提升路径探析

摘要
高校全面推进课程思政建设高质量发展的关键因素是教师.然而,目前高校教师缺乏主动参与课程思政建设的意愿、推进课程思政建设高质量发展的意识及提高课程思政教学能力的觉悟,其能动性受到限制,亟待提升.全面推进课程思政建设高质量发展必须发挥高校教师课程思政建设的能动性.基于能动性理论,教师能动性受其个人经历、未来目标和现实因素的影响,高校教师可通过丰富个人"红色"经历、设计未来目标以及充分利用外部环境因素等策略来提升其课程思政建设的能动性.
Abstract
Teachers are the key factors for colleges and universities to promote the high quality development of curriculum ideological and political construction.However,at present,there are serious deficiencies in the consciousness of actively promoting curriculum ideological and political construction and reform,the consciousness of improving curriculum ideological and political teaching ability,and the willingness to participate in curriculum ideological and political construction.Their agency is limited and needs to be improved.Based on the agency theory,teachers'agency is influenced by their personal experience,future goals and realistic factors.College teachers can enhance the agency of curriculum ideological and political construction by enriching their personal"red"experience,designing future goals and making full use of external environmental factors.
