地方应用型高校《民法学I》课程思政教学改革初探

摘要
高校法学专业承担着专业教学与立德树人的双重任务.因此在教学过程中如何实现专业教学和立德树人的双向融合是教学中的重要问题.要做到将二者落到实处,需要积极对法学专业课程进行教学改革,而课程思政内容融入专业教学是"为谁培养人,培养怎样的人"的重要举措.那么,坚持"问题导向,学生为中心"的教学理念,从教学内容和教学对象出发,发现、提炼课程思政内容,并积极探索将之科学融入《民法学I》课程的教学方法就是本文要讨论的重点.
Abstract
University law major undertakes the dual task of professional teaching and moral education.Therefore,professional teaching and moral cultivation should be implemented in the teaching process.The fundamental purpose of law course teaching is to carry out teaching reform actively,improve the teaching quality and the comprehensive quality of legal talents.The integration of ideological and political content into professional teaching is an important measure of"cultivating people for whom and what kind of people".
