Path Analysis of Promoting High-quality Development of Party Building in Universities in the New Era
With the promotion of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party,the Party building work in universities has been continuously strengthened.Based on the theory of Party building work in universities,a systematic analysis was conducted on the inspection reports and related documents published on official websites,as well as the questionnaire survey results of the current situation of Party building work in a certain university in Hunan Province.It was found that under the conditions of new era,new situation,and new mission,while achieving results in Party building work in universities,there are also certain problems,mainly due to the insufficient attention paid by universities to Party building work,the organizational construction is incomplete and the working mechanism is inadequate.Targeted improvement suggestions are proposed from the aspects of strengthening political theory learning,strengthening the construction of Party building teams,and improving the mechanism of Party building work,which can provide guidance for promoting the high-quality development of Party building in universities.
