摘要
书院制育人模式作为新时代高校改革的"试验田",其生活社区育人属性不断得到彰显,正日益成为高校党建工作的重要实践阵地.研究以书院制育人模式下学生社区为实践平台,探索学生社区党建工作思路方法,以期总结经验,形成范式,为新时期高校党建工作提供新思路.书院制育人模式下学生社区党建工作具有体制保障、空间保障和师资保障等优势,从组织建设、思政教育、学生管理、文化建设等四个方面探索学生社区党建育人融入书院育人模式的实施路径,对进一步加强高校党的建设、创新高校党建教育形式及发挥党建引领和党建育人实效具有重要现实意义与实践价值.
Abstract
The academy-based education mode,as a"test field"for the reform of universities in the new era,has continuously demonstrated its community based education attributes and is becoming an important practical battlefield for Party building work in universities.The study takes the student community under the academy-based education mode as a practical platform,explores the ideas and methods of student community Party building work,in order to summarize experience,form a paradigm,and provide new ideas for Party building work in universities in the new era.Under the academy-based education mode,student community Party building work has advantages such as institutional guarantee,spatial guarantee,and teacher guarantee.It explores the implementation path of integrating student community Party building education into the academy-based education mode from four aspects:organizational construction,ideological and political education,student management,and cultural construction,which is of great practical significance and value for further strengthening the Party building in colleges and universities,innovating the educational forms of Party building in colleges and universities,and giving full play to the guidance and the effectiveness to educate people of Party building.
