摘要
随着互联网的兴起,新媒体因其沟通便捷性和资源丰富性而深受大学生的喜欢,已经成为高校共青团信息化建设的重要途径,在高职共青团信息化建设中发挥着举足轻重的作用.但在高职共青团信息化建设中存在运营人员不专业、平台缺乏统筹管理、新媒体与团工作融合不够等问题,本文通过培养"思政+"的专业人才队伍、平台统筹管理、内容精准定位、构建高职思政教育新生态等方面入手,运用好新媒体,强化共青团信息化建设,构建网络红色阵地,汇集高校青年力量,传承红色基因,深化实践育人.
Abstract
With the rise of the Internet,due to their convenient communication and abundant resources,new media are deeply favored by college students,and have become important ways for college Communist Youth League's informatization construction,playing a pivotal role in the informatization construction of college Communist Youth League.However,in the informatization construction of college Communist Youth League,there are some problems such as unprofessional operation personnel,lack of overall management of the platform,and insufficient integration of new media and league work.By training"ideological and political+"professional talent team,platform overall management,accurate content positioning,construction of higher vocational ideological and political education of the new ecology and other aspects,this paper proposes to make good use of new media,strengthen the Communist Youth League informatization construction,build a network red position,gather the strength of college youth,inherit the red gene,and deepen the practical education.
