A Study on the Construction of a Blended Teaching Mode for College English Based on the Theory of Production-oriented Approach
The proposal of the production-oriented approach(POA)fully points out the new direction of the development of English education in Chinese universities,deepens the diversified integration of college English curriculum teaching,and lays a solid foundation for the reform and development of college English curriculum teaching.At present,there are some basic problems such as insufficient educational assessment capacity and low educational timeliness in the blended teaching mode of college English,which limits some of the nurturing advantages of the blended teaching mode of college English.Based on this,universities should use the application of POA theory as the carrier,continue to optimize the blended teaching mode of college English,enhance the transformation of educational achievements in blended teaching of college English,make up for the educational shortcomings of blended teaching of college English,and leverage the comprehensive educational advantages of blended teaching of college English.
