Research on Practical Teaching of Human Resource Management Major Based on the Promotion of Employability
With the development of the information and digital era,the requirements of enterprises for the core skills and professional qualities of"human resource managers"are gradually increasing.However,currently,many universities face problems such as unreasonable course content and system,lagging teaching models,and weak teaching abilities,resulting in weak practical,application,and innovation abilities of students,making it difficult to meet the needs of enterprise development.Therefore,this paper proposes scientific and reasonable reform strategies based on the constituent elements,influencing factors,and issues of employability.It is hoped to improve the quality of talent cultivation and promote the healthy and rapid development of students.
