基于劳动教育理念导向的高职院校中华传统文化课程教学设计研究

摘要
正确的劳动观念是人们自强不息、生存发展不可或缺的内在动力.劳动教育作为一种重要的教育理念,需要通过课程教学来实现,中华传统文化在高职院校作为公共基础课占有重要地位,对学生的人生观、价值观都具有积极的影响.而劳动教育与中华传统文化的关系密不可分,因此,本文旨在探讨如何基于劳动教育理念导向,设计和实施高职院校中华传统文化课程,以促进学生对传统文化的深入理解和积极参与,树立正确择业观,增强职业荣誉感,培育学生精益求精的工匠精神和爱岗敬业的劳动态度.
Abstract
The correct concept of labor is an indispensable internal driving force for people's self-improvement,survival and development.Labor education,as an important educational concept,needs to be achieved through curriculum teaching.Traditional Chinese culture plays an important role as a public basic course in higher vocational colleges,and has a positive impact on students'outlook on life and values.The relationship between labor education and traditional Chinese culture is inseparable.Therefore,this paper aims to explore how to design and implement the traditional Chinese culture course in higher vocational colleges based on the concept of labor education,in order to promote students'deep understanding and active participation in traditional culture,establish a correct outlook on career selection,enhance a sense of professional honor,and cultivate students'spirit of striving for excellence as craftsmen and a dedicated work attitude.
