应用型本科院校数字贸易人才培养模式的创新与实践

摘要
数字技术的快速发展促使数字贸易产业兴起,而数字贸易产业的发展需要相应的人才支撑和推动.现阶段,数字贸易人才培养面临人才培养方案与人才需求变化脱节、专业课程体系不够优化、融合型师资的缺乏以及产教融合共同育人模式有待加强与创新等问题.应用型本科院校应顺应新文科建设学科交叉融合的要求,明确服务地方经济的办学定位,以OBE理念作为人才培养的依据,构建"一体两驱四融合"的数字贸易人才培养模式,从而满足数字贸易发展和外贸数字化转型的需要.
Abstract
In the era of digital economy,the rapid development of digital technology has promoted the rise of the digital trade industry,and the development of the digital trade industry needs corresponding talent support and promotion.At present,the digital trade personnel training is facing the problems including the lack of alignment with the demands of talents,the optimization of the professional curriculum,the shortage of integrated teachers and the innovation of integrating vocational education with industry.Application-oriented undergraduate colleges should comply with the requirements of interdisciplinary integration of new liberal arts construction,clarify the positioning of schools serving the local economy,take the OBE concept as the basis for personnel training,and build a digital trade personnel training model of"one-unity,two-drive,four-integration"to meet the needs of digital trade development and digital transformation of foreign trade.
