民办院校创新创业人才的多元协同培养模式探索

摘要
民办院校在创新创业人才培育方面发挥着重要作用,但面临着师资队伍不完善、课程体系不成熟、协同育人融合不够、成果转化效率低等问题.重庆移通学院依托自身办学实际,摸索出一条适合自身发展的多元协同培养模式.大力发展创新创业教师队伍建设、完善课程体系、加强产学研合作协同育人、实践教学、进行双体系卓越人才教育模式等,做到全员参与、全程培养,达到全方位育人目的,并注重加强对创新创业人才的多元协同培养措施的落实,有效推进了创新创业人才培养,为提升创新创业人才质量做了有益探索.
Abstract
Private colleges and universities play an important role in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents,but face problems such as imperfect faculty,immature curriculum system,insufficient integration of collaborative education,and low efficiency of achievement transformation,etc.Chongqing College of Mobile Communication relies on its own school-running reality to explore a diversified collaborative training model suitable for its own development.It vigorously develops the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers,improves the curriculum system,strengthens industry-university-research cooperation and collaborative education,practical teaching,and dual-system excellent talent education model.By realizing full participation and full-process training,achieving the purpose of all-round education,and paying attention to strengthening the implementation of diversified collaborative training measures for innovation and entrepreneurship talents,it aims to effectively promote the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents and make useful explorations for improving the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
